Web3 games fail because they make the token the product. We flip it. Nano Commando is fun first. You shoot, hack, and climb a surveillance tower called The Spire. The economy sits underneath, and you only touch it when you want to.

That unlocks real-token rewards: you earn in-game points (OFFGRID) during runs, and at the end you can CLAIM, converting them into ONGRID, a real Solana token you hold, trade, and spend on permanent upgrades. The Breach Pass is a tradeable Metaplex Core NFT on Solana mainnet. Own one and the game unlocks the full economy, verified on-chain every session. Sell it, and the access transfers to the new owner. It is the key, not a receipt.

Two tokens, no swap

OFFGRID buys one-run consumables (chips, health, grenades, ammo). ONGRID buys permanent upgrades that persist across runs: neural links, zone emitters, drones, biochips. Come back, gear up, replay stronger.

At the end of a run, a Breach Pass holder can CLAIM. Your earned OFFGRID converts into ONGRID, paid out of a fixed daily reward pool. This is the anti-bot core.

The Spire is a single tight mission. Each floor has an AI NPC and a theme. It ends at the top with THE CHAIRMAN.
